When you contact AQEVON, request early access, or use a site tool, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, business email, company, role, and the context of your request. The site may also receive basic technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to requests, evaluate product interest, operate the website and related tools, improve the AQEVON product direction, and maintain security. We do not use a submitted early-access request as permission to send unrelated marketing.
Service providers
AQEVON may use infrastructure and software providers to host the site, process form submissions, provide analytics or communications, and operate product experiments. Information is shared only as needed for those purposes and subject to the applicable provider terms.
Retention and requests
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including follow-up and operational records. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, contact hello@aqevon.com.
